Who remembers the chocolate frogs from the trolley in the Harry Potter movie? In honor of Harry Potter’s birthday on July 31^st which he shares with the author of the books JK Rowling, here is a Fluff Filled chocolate frog recipe.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARRY POTTER, July 31!!!

Fluff Filled Chocolate Frog

Fluff recipe:

3 egg whites
2 cups light corn syrup

1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups confectioner sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
