1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons oil ¼ cup Franks Red Hot sauce 1 tablespoon butter

It is often celebrated with parties with excess of food and snacks that people plan to give up during lent. One food item that is well know is the KING CAKE.
