Spritz cookies, very easy to make with a cookie press and they don’t need much room on a cookie sheet so you can make a lot at once. These are great for all different holidays due to the fact you can play with the coloring and sprinkles. I could definitely see these on a Mardi Gras tray with green, gold and purple sprinkles.
