CORN AND CHEESE CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS:

3 BELL PEPPERS, (I USED, 1 RED, 1 YELLOW AND 1 ORANGE)

2 15.25 OZ CANS WHOLE KERNAL CORN

1 SMALL ONION

10 PICKLED JALEPENO SLICES, DEPENDING ON HOW HOT YOU WANT IT

1 32 OZ CARTON CHICKEN BROTH

This week’s TBT is the movie Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein.

This movie was made in 1948 and is still enjoyed by people of all ages.  It is often played on television around Halloween time.  If you have not seen this movie I would recommend you try it.  It’s a great family movie.
