To finish the month, I have chosen a cherry bread. The bread comes out to almost look like biscotti when cut, but it is moist and delicious. I suppose you could use the green cherries to make this a March theme cake. I have not tried it, so I can’t guarantee it would look or taste as good. CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable shortening 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup baking cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups confectioners’ sugar 3 -4 tablespoons milkDirections:
