CORN DOG MUFFINS & OvenArt Silicone Bakeware GIVEAWAY

LRJ RECIPE CORN DOG

Here is a quick meal to make that if you have milk and eggs on hand should only cost about $3.00.  Not a bad price if you have kids and if they invite friends, or just for hungry adults.  You can add cheese to the top and  if you like spicy you can also add diced jalapeños.  Either way they are an easy treat to make.  They are also very portable.  I would suggest making them, grabbing a blanket and sitting outside for a nice picnic.

CORN DOG MUFFINS

You will need:

6 hot dogs, (I use Oscar Mayer)

2 packages Jiffy corn bread mix

2 eggs

2/3 cups milk

Optional, cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, or per directions.

Mix 2 boxes Jiffy mix, 2 eggs and milk, mix just until incorporated

In a greased muffin tin, add the mix into the 12 spaces in your tin.

Cut hot dogs in half & place in the middle of the corn bread.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until done.

Enjoy!!!

Nothing that is particularly my own although I have discovered the fun of making creamy ham and potato soup using a recipe that I found online…that I alter slightly to make cream of mushroom soup sometimes. Thanks for the recipe and the giveaway!
